- About me:
- I was born and raised in Portland; when I was 16 we moved to Dallas, Texas (something of a culture shock). I finished high school in Dallas and studied Math and English at North Texas State U. After that three years of US Army, which brought me to Germany. I stayed here and continued my studies on the GI bill. Here I've been ever since. I have a daughter who is grown up now and lives with her husband in New Zealand.

- I'm self-employed as a trainer/coach in intercultural communication and English (EFL). I am also currently developing a new style of theater-based learning which I call the "Theater of Learning." I am a member of the German-American Business Club, AmCham Germany, and the Heidelberg DAI.
- Issues I find interesting:
- Just about anything that keeps the mind moving and all of us human, but especially environment, climate change, religion, science in general, history, psychology, and all the changes going on in Washington at the moment.
